Yes! All of our bartenders have completed TIPS training and certification, valid for three years. Additionally, they participate in the Responsible Vendor Program (RVP), which they renew every 120 days.
All of Central Florida & Volusia County
Yes! We are an LLC, fully licensed to operate in Florida, and carry liability insurance up to $1 million. This ensures compliance with most venue requirements for hired bar services. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Our bartenders arrive 1-2 hours before your event to ensure the bar is fully set up and ready to serve. After the event, we handle the complete bar breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Whether you choose the Bartender-Only or Standard Package, we always bring essential items to your event, including bar tools (cocktail shakers, wine key, bottle opener, strainers, stirrers, bar mats, pour spouts, jiggers, ice scoops, cutting board, and knife), unless otherwise specified. During our consultation, we'll discuss your event details, requirements, and expectations, and then provide a detailed quote outlining everything we’ll bring for your peace of mind. Additional products & services will depend on your chosen package and add-ons.
Nomadic Elixir is a dry hire bartending service, meaning we provide all the bar essentials and expert bartending but no alcohol. Since we’re not selling alcohol, no liquor license is required, allowing you to save 25%-60% by avoiding alcohol markups. Don’t worry about quantities—we’ll provide a detailed alcohol and mixers shopping list during our consultation to ensure you have everything you need.
Our Standard Package includes straws, cups, napkins, all essential bar tools, a bartender, basic bar set up, and garnishes. Mixers and ice can be added through our à la carte package options. We also offer flexible packages, from bartender-only to all-inclusive (excluding alcohol). You can provide the ice, cups, mixers, and more—or let us handle all the details to make your event hassle-free. During our consultation, we’ll review everything to ensure your needs are fully met.
To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required. Payments can be made securely via debit or credit card through our online system "Square", via Zelle or Cash. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event.
